A few financial prerequisites are required, however, to ensure that you’re capable of making the investment. We also encourage you to take advantage of our comprehensive Discovery Experience, in which you’ll speak with members of our Franchise Development Team, and learn all about Supporting Strategies from our extensive collection of materials and literature, fully outlining what you should expect as the owner of a financial services business.
After you’ve learned all about the opportunity, met with our Franchise Development Team, and had your application accepted, the training process begins. This includes seminars to make sure you and your staff are thoroughly prepared. As part of your training, you will be given access to an extensive suite of educational and training materials called Supporting Strategies University (SSU). SSU is our repository of educational materials, including on-demand video courses and a library complete with standardized procedures, customized templates and articles on bookkeeping, operations, business development, and franchise management. We also offer live training and support, and our Support Team is always on-hand to manage support request tickets, document scanning and management needs, IT issues and more.
Our Franchise Development Team is composed of experts who are always on hand to field your questions, but in addition to this in-house team, we’ll also assign you a cohort of approximately eight other new franchisees. Having a team of like minded individuals is important for acclimating to franchise ownership, as it gives you a support system of others who have the same goals, and who are rooting for your success. Your cohort is perfect for exchanging ideas, receiving support, and staying connected with other members of the Supporting Strategies family.
