Supporting Strategies has provided efficient and effective bookkeeping and controller level services to growing businesses since 2004. Leslie Jorgensen founded our company with one goal in mind: to support business leaders with their back-office functions so they can focus on their core business.
After growing steadily in the Boston market, developing our proprietary WorkplaceTM software, and ensuring that our business model could scale successfully, we decided to franchise Supporting Strategies in 2013. Since then, we have expanded across the country, and are adding new locations every year. As we ramped up our franchise model, we took the time to really learn from our initial franchisees to see what worked for them, and what strategies made them successful. This enables us to give new franchisee partners the tools for success. In 2016 we hit a record level of annual system sales, and are excited about our growth potential for the future.
In 2017 Supporting Strategies hit a major milestone when we were named #83 on Fortune 500's list of the top 100 franchise opportunities in the U.S. But we’re even more proud to announce our Franchise Business Review ranking, where we landed in the top 50 for franchisee satisfaction. This ranking is particularly important to us, as it reflects the high level of support we give to our franchisees, and our priority to put franchisee satisfaction first.

We are fortunate to belong to two communities: our internal Supporting Strategies community of franchisee partners, and the client-facing local business community. In both, we work together to achieve success and business growth. Within our internal community, we provide training in our standard workflow and tools, and constant guidance to support each other. We work to drive the success of our local business communities by building relationships and developing local partnerships through events, such as our Business Fundamentals Bootcamps.
